This is Woofman, he is 16 years old. He had his dental done last year. We hear all the time how owners are so nervous to put their animals under anesthesia due to old age. I, as a CVT, know full well of all the precautions taken to ensure a safe surgery and recovery, and still had a very hard time saying yes to putting him under anesthesia.
He had a severe grade, 4/4 dental disease. He had a total of 26 teeth removed, leaving only 7 teeth total. He is as happy and now as healthy as he could be. He can still eat his dry kibble with no problem!!
There are so many pets that suffer from dental disease and even if you can’t fully commit to agreeing to surgery right away, please come in and talk to one of the staff members. Dental disease has a very serious affect on the health of your pet, and it is as simple as a dental to ensure they live a long and healthy life.
For the month of October, we are offering 20% off on dentals. Please call us to book ahead to reserve your October appointment at 602-559-5500 or book online. This is important in ensuring your pet is at its healthiest.
